This optional record captures the sole maintainer's review of scope and public contracts. It is not a second-party approval and does not authorize a dist-tag change by itself; only the protected workflow can change latest.

Review topics

• Review the package/subpath classifications and version map in scope.md.
• Review every public behavior in contract-candidates.md.
• Review the retention, deprecation, or removal outcome for every entry in legacy-ledger.md.
• Explicitly retain the current WebMCP policy: it is experimental, while React 1.x owns compatibility for its declared @context-action/webmcp range.

Optional record procedure

1. Record the review date, reviewed source commit, and scoped exceptions in this file when useful for release history.
2. A selfReview record may be added to release-manifest.json with hashes of this file and the reviewed commit, but it is informational rather than a promotion gate.
3. The mandatory gate remains the protected workflow's provenance, stable consumer, rollback, registry-hygiene, and evidence checks.
